30-day return window
Unworn, unwashed apparel can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus original shipping. Initiate by emailing orders@feralapparel.shop with your order number.
Defective items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or wrong, email us within 7 days and we'll send a replacement or full refund (your choice) including return shipping. Photo helps but not required.
Final sale items
Guitar picks and guitar straps are final sale (hygiene + already-played-in once you open the pack).
Refund timing
Once we receive a return, refunds process within 3 business days back to your original payment method. Stripe usually shows the refund 5–10 days after that, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
Different size? Return the original for a refund and place a new order. With limited stock, this gets you the size you want before someone else does.
